For concrete and wooden floors.
1st class, semi-matte,
resistant to mechanical
effects and intensive washing.
Fields of application: painting of concrete and wooden floor in garages, industrial premises, corridors, warehouses, rooms, as well as concrete staircases indoors and outdoors.
Properties: class 1, semi-matte, solvent-free, water-diluted, with a mild, characteristic odour, resistant to intensive washing, mechanical impact (wear and abrasion).
Concrete floor preparation: after concreting works, the floor can be painted no earlier than 2-3 months. The concrete floor surface must be dry and firm. Remove old peeling paint and loose particles. Before painting, prime concrete floor in a single layer with PRO primer BETONINĖMS GRINDIMS.
Wooden floor surface preparation: before painting, cover the previously unpainted wooden floors with primer PRO.PARKET in a single layer. Remove old peeling paint from previously painted surfaces and grind the floor surface with an abrasive mesh No.150-200. Remove dust and dirt from the grinded surface.
Painting conditions: the base and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C but not more than +25°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH. Avoid direct sunlight and strong draughts.
Painting: it is recommended to use the paint of a single batch and single pigmentation for the same area. This will help to avoid different shades. Stir the paint carefully; dilute the paint with water up to 10% if necessary. Paint in 2-3 layers with a brush, roller or sprayer.
Consumption: 4-6 m²/l (painting in 2 layers).
Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity, the paint is not sticky after 1 hour. Apply a second layer after 3-4 hours, and lightly exploit after 6 – 7 hours. Avoid getting water on the painted surface for two to three days. Paint film gets it full firmness after at least 24 days.
Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after use.
Storage and carriage conditions: at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and work safety: Do not pour paint into drains, water reservoirs or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Keep away from children.
Volatile organic compounds: 1.1.9i) the VOC threshold limit – 140g/l. The maximum in ready to use product no more than 139,95g/l.
