Field of application: for priming non-standard gypsum plaster seams, silicate, expanded clay, ceramic blocks, bricks and other mineral surfaces before plastering, filling or applying foam polystyrene. Internal and external use.
Features: reduces and smoothes the water absorption into the surface, thereby facilitating plastering or glueing, as well as glueing non-standard gypsum board seams or foam polystyrene. Fast-drying, has a mild, specific odour, yellow colour (allows you to see whether the surface is evenly primed).
Surface preparation: the surface must be clean, strong and dry. Remove all adhesion-reducing materials such as grease, oil, dust, glue residue, old paint, chalky surface.
Working conditions: the base and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% RH.
Use: mix the primer well before use. Prime evenly in 1-2 layer using a brush. Depending on the surface absorption, dilute the primer with water in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:4 (weaker surfaces are primed with dilution at a lower ratio, stronger surfaces are primed with higher dilution).
Consumption: 5 – 10 m²/kg depends on surface absorption.
Drying time: at +20°C temperature and 65% relative air humidity: ~2 - 3 hours.
Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after use.
Storage and carriage conditions: at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly closed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing!
Environmental and work safety: do not pour into drains, water reservoirs or soil. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Keep away from children.
Volatile organic compounds: 1.1.8h) VOC limit value 30g/l. The maximum in ready to use product no more than 29,95g/l.
